    Received a call (but didn't answer it) from this number today (21 Jul 15) on a BRAND NEW Samsung mobile only 3 days old! How did they already get my number that's only 3 days old??? Bloody annoying and frustrating - there should be (is there?) a facility in Android to block specific numbers like iphones have.

    Seems from thsi page I was right not to answer, getting calls from these types of numbers every day, even though I block them everytime, a new number phones the next day.

    Sick of these unknown numbers calling me all the bloody time. Yesterday had two withheld numbers on my mobile then an hr later a number called me house phone, so i picked up and it went dead and now this morning im getting 08437241486. I suffer from severe anxiety and this sets my whole day of in a downward spiral because im getting them every couple weeks and keep blocking them yet more pop up.

    Had a missed call from this number 08437241486, I didn't answer and checked this website and its a PPI scam. I have never put my number on any forms EVER. Ive had the same number for 4 years and never received a telesales call, up until today. 3 days ago I went to Specsavers and had to put my telephone number down as they are ordering my new glasses and now im getting these calls...Conclusion: Specsavers is one of the sneaky company that sells your details to the scammers.
